Growing up very poor and not having even close to satisfactory nutrition presented me with several health challenges. On my father's side, heart attacks and strokes were always present (taking my father's life at the age of 51). This caused me to begin a 30 year study of health and wealth. After I had 3 heart attacks over an approximate 30-minute span in 1995, Genevieve and I embarked on a search to find an alternative to stints, by-pass, statins and beta-blockers. This led us to the 'cardio cocktail' our network shared with us.
